Kesari gives you the flexibility to upgrade your jewellery whenever you choose. You can take advantage of our Lifetime Exchange program to refresh your collection.
2. Buy Back
We understand that sometimes, you may wish to return your jewellery for personal reasons. Everyday’s Lifetime Buy-Back Promise allows you to do so effortlessly.

Kesari provides the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time using the Kesari Lifetime Exchange offer.
Eligibility
All jewellery purchased at an Everyday Retail Store or from our website at kesaridiam.com.
Non-Eligibility
- Made-to-order, engraved, or customized pieces are not eligible.
- Damaged or unsatisfactory items may be subject to value deductions.
- Original invoice and IGI certificate are mandatory.
How to Exchange or Upgrade
- Visit an Everyday Exclusive Retail Store or contact Customer Service online.
- Present jewellery in original condition with invoice and IGI certificate.
Procedure
- Store exchanges receive an acknowledgment receipt.
- Online: Ship jewellery or request pickup from registered address.
Quality Check
- Jewellery is inspected upon receipt.
- Customer is notified of any issues. Return shipping cost: ₹1,000 INR.
7 Days No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
Our Free 7 days No-Questions-Asked Return Policy ensures that our customers can shop with confidence and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

All products are eligible for return under this policy, unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Return Window
The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of the Product
Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, certificates, invoice copy and warranty card. Damaged or altered products may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your product.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
